I am searching for Joanne Smith who’s mother Mary Smith died and left Joanne. She was under the care of my grandmother Emily Smith and Grandfather Frederick Smith (her uncle) and other family members. They wanted to keep her but unfortunately she was adopted in or around 1982 believed to be in the Bolton area England. My Grandmother Emily always mentions Joanne and as she ages she is longing to see her again. This would mean so much and every avenue has been hard to find. We don’t know her adoption details as the family were not informed and caused heartache to my grandmother. It would mean so much if she could see Joanne.
