I was born in st Mary Manchester and I was born earlier than planned i think it should have been March 1995 but not sure if was me or birth mum had complications I was born in 4th January 95 all I know is my birth name was either Chelsea or Chantelle I seem to remember my adopted dad telling me once I do have cerebral palsy due to being born early but very mild however unsure if my birth family are aware but i think my adopted mum sent them pictures once a year or a letter the adoption agency my now parents used was caritas salford
