I’m looking for my birth father, Stephen Ronald Hume. I was born in the Salvation Army Mother’s Hospital in Hackney and by the time I was born, he was no longer around. At the time of my birth or just after, he was living in Walthamstow, East London I was never told that my Dad wasn’t my father. I can’t get answers from my family as my mother has Alzheimer’s and it would upset my Dad too much if I asked about my birth father. I’m curious as to why my birth father split from my mother, and would like to know more about him am I like him and do I have family I’m not aware of.
