I’m looking for: Raymond Samuel Leslie Gibson or (Was also called Samuel Jones). He was born in the Hackney area to parents: Lilian Daniels (sometimes called herself ’Ivy Jones’) and Mr. Gibson. Raymond was born 16/08/1959. Raymond was unwell and take to the "Violet Melchett Infant Welfare Centre" late Jan 1960/early Feb 1960. Raymond was placed in care with London County Council on 17/02/1960. Raymond was placed with a foster mother in Sussex on 27/01/1961. London County Council assumed Lilian Daniels parental right on 22/06/1961. Raymond was then placed up for adoption sometime in 1962.
