I’m looking for my birth mother. I found some information from my local social services back in 1991 which they got from Hammersmith Social Services adoption records. Since then, because I’ve been busy raising my own kids I havent really had time to search. I contacted Long Lost Family a few years ago but they emailed and said they get thousands of applications and they couldn’t help me. This is the information from a letter that I still have from Bromley Social Services I was born on 1st June 1965 in Queen Charlottes Hospital, Hammersmith, London. I was named Karen Michelle Sullivan (I got a copy of my original birth certificate). My mother was Ann Sullivan born 4th May 1943 from a large family of 11 from Goffs Bridge, Fourks Mill, County Wexford, Ireland. She had 2 older brothers, 4 older sisters and 4 younger sisters. Even though this is quite a lot of information I don’t know where to start looking. I’m realising I don’t have much more time to find her so I need all the help I can get.
