I have four children who have a younger brother who was adopted as their father and he’s partner could not have custody of him. He was born in Ealing hospital January 2001 and had the name of Stephen Elliot-Whelan after a about two years of court cases Stephen was put up for adoption my eldest daughter fought very hard to keep him with the family but due to issues with he’s parents this was unable to happen. I know Stephens adoption was handled by Uxbridge social services and he’s mothers name was Elizabeth Elliot and fathers name was Mark Stephen Whelan. My children are desperate to have Stephen back into their lives.
