I am looking for my younger brother Charlie Stephen Robert Quilter was his birth name. We have the same biological father his name is Stephen Quilter. His mothers name was Jennie not sure of her last name. I have been told his D.O.B is 13/04/2003 and he was 7 when taken from his mum by lewisham social services. He was in the Bellingham area.
