Looking for my sister, born april 1959 i believe adopted at approx 3 months of age , mother Dawn Parnell, was in a mother and baby until I think in the Kensington district ,maybe notting hill area..believe the baby’s name was Patricia, just want to know if she’s happy ,not looking to disrupt her life I anyway.
