Noted ‚ " Adopted" on Birth Certificate / Last name may be Dench‚ Bench‚ French now. May not know he was adopted His mothers name is Agnes Rankin Black married name was Shanley. Agnes was born in 1927 in Scotland. No fathers name on the birth certificate but father is Thomas Thomson as Agnes went on to marry Thomas after her divorce from Myles Shanley.
