I was adopted at 3 months old and I believe I was born in Islington, London, 8/11/68 and was in the care of a convent or similar Catholic institution in the months before before my adoption. Although not 100% certain I’m led to believe my name before adoption was Martyn James Fitzgerald. I’m afraid don’t have any more information than that but hope that what I have given may be helpful.
