I am looking for my father’s adoptive parents. He was born at Nelson hospital in Merton London on the 19th August 1972 under the birthday Name Darral James Doody. His birth mother Ita Teresea Doody at the time of birth I believe would have been around the age of 20-21. Born in Ireland and at the start of her life lived there. However grew up in the midlands with her parents. Around the age of 16 she moved to live with her Aunt and further down the line a friends due to her parents returning to Ireland. From the information I have she had two younger brothers and her father was a Forester. She also wanted to be a nursery nurse and completed a two year course in a nursery run by nuns - however left and became a jewellers assistant. I believe she may be around 5’5 with dark hair and brown eyes. The birth father Ita met whilst living with her friend - he was from Granada but had come to England as a young boy. He was around the age of 22 when they met and was a shop assistant and loved to dance.
