Looking for the mother and/or father of 2 children (they are siblings or half siblings). The children are brother and sister, adopted from Osu Children’s home in Accra in 2012, they had been at the home for nearly a year previous to their adoption. They were approximately 3 (girl) and 5 (boy) at the time of the placement at Osu. We don’t have many more details than this.
