I would love to locate my brother. The only information I have is that he was born at Cobb Hospital in 1974, 1975 or 1976. Dr. Louis Prochnicki, MD and his physician partner (do not have name) handled the adoption. My mother gave her child up for adoption because she wanted for her child to have a better life than she could provide. Thank you in advance for your help!
