Hello, my story is a little different. My Brother Andy Looney died in June 4th 2007. Well he had a daughter that lived with her mother (Anita Craig) but was taking into child services. Her name was Samantha Nicole Looney. At the time, I was only 19 and wasn’t able to try to get her myself. Time passed by and me and my family never new what happened to her. One day Anita Craig contacted me and my family saying she had her. We believed her, but quickly found out that it was a complete lie. I found some of Anita’s family and they told us that she was adopted. She had a brother also that was in line for adoption but never got adopted out. I believe he is back with his mother. One of the main reason Samantha got taking away because she was getting sexually abused by family members. Her birth mother (Anita Craig) lives some where in Florida now. If there is anything you know at all, please help me reunite with my long lost niece. She will be around 12-15 years old now.
