I am a female that was born on September 27‚ 1971 in Atlanta Georgia DeKalb County at Grady Memorial Hospital. My private adoption took place when I was three days old September 30‚1971‚ which was the day I was released from the hospital. I was told that my biological mother had to carry me out of the hospital because it was a private adoption. She walked me off at the property and she then handed me to the attorney that was handling the adoption. I believe his name was Mr. White who is out of DeKalb County. The attorney then carried me a block or so down the road and he handed me to my adopted parents. If I’m not mistaken my Biological mother was approximately 18 to 20 years old. She was from somewhere up north I don’t believe she was from Georgia . She was attending college somewhere near Atlanta and she had a good friend at school whose father worked with my adoptive father and evidently the friends father spoke to my adoptive father and they decided they wanted to adopt me and hired a private attorney and had it arranged. I am in search of either my biological mother or father or any family member.
