I am looking for my paternal grandparents. My father was adopted in Atlanta by Thomas and Alethea Dean. He was born on August 26, 1928. We do not know his birth name and we were told the orphanage he was in burned down. They applied for a delayed birth certificate in 1948 I believe. We would appreciate any help we can get.
