I was part of a private adoption in Dalton Georgia‚ the husband and wife who adopted me were Janice Faye Deibel and Max Duane Deibel. I am attempting to find my biological mother in order to obtain family health records and would be willing to meet/talk to her if she is interested. I don’t know if my biological father was known.
