I was known as Baby John before I was adopted. I was told I was born at Clayton General Hospital, but they have no records of me. Since my name was changed at the time of adoption, I don’t know how to find out anything as it was a closed adoption. My adoptive parents are both deceased and I cannot get answers from them now.
