My Mother was forced by her Father to give up my brother, He sent her to a place in Merietta GA to have the baby and the adoption to take place. My mothers name Minnie Nancy Jane Shelton, she went by Nancy. The birth name of my Brother was Ricky Vance Shelton, He was born in 1956 not sure of the exact date. The case workers name was Ms Olivet. My Mom was assured that she would be updated on how he was with pictures etc, but she never got any information. I went to GA trying to get records and they said they had been a fire and no record were saved.
