I’m searching for my mother’s biological parents, my grandparents. At adoption, I believe she was 2-3 weeks old, and she was labeled as "Baby Victoria". Her records were sealed and she has never had any interest in reaching out or doing any searching for these people or any other family members related to them. My mom was born somewhere in south GA, on August 21, 1968. Her adoptive parents never knew anything about the biological mother or fathers, or if the home she was adopted from was local to the bio parents.
