My cousin ( Louis Donald Downing) had two sons and twins (bot and girl) that were placed in to foster care. I do not know their names at this time. They lived in Atlanta‚ Ga‚ and would be about 20-22 years of age at this time. I am not in contact with my cousin‚ but would love to be able to contact them and introduce them to their cousin‚ my daughter‚ that is about their age. I will add more info here when it becomes available. I believe I can obtain their birth names. It grieves me to find out that I have family members that are not in contact with their family... UPDATE - I have located the oldest child and been in contact with the Dad. All is well there. He informed me that there were 5 other children - one had died. Still searching......
