I was born on July 15th 1964 at 9:31 pm. I weighed 8lbs and 7 ounces. My mother gave birth to me at Crawford Long Hospital in Atlanta Georgia. I was placed at Kivlan foster home. My mother signed the release adoption paperwork on 8/3/64 and i was adopted on 8/6/64. My mother was 18 at the time of my birth. She was from California and had curly blonde hair, green eyes and medium complexion. She worked as a clerk at a bank. My birth Father was 20 years old at the time of my birth. He had wavy black hair, hazel eyes and medium complexion. he was 6 ft 2 inches tall. He was a sophomore in college and wanted to be an architect.
