I’m searching for my biological father who is half Japanese, half African American. He was born in Okinawa, Japan, and reunited with his American father in 1970 or 1971, possibly in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area. My biological mother was stationed in Okinawa with her family. She put me up for adoption when her family returned to the US. My bio father was around 15 or 16 when I was born.
