My birth records show i was born to Phillis Jean Fletcher on Dec.261958 in East liverpool Ohio NFatchers name is Fatheron birth record is Robert Ralph Hendrix. I was told at about 14 by Phyllis that Robert was not my father nor was she my mother. Phyllis told me i was adopted at about 7 years old. in Ohio.She told me not to look because my birth records were closed.Names i remember are Fletcher a man we called Ray I remember living in a big white house some where in i think in Ohio.Thank you for any info.
