My father was put up for adoption 4/12/55 in Atlanta Ga. He was born at Grady Hospital. He was in an orphanage until he was 2 and then was adopted by RC and Ruth Brown in Decatur. I’m looking for anyone that knows of a family member putting up a baby boy for adoption. The mother was 16 , father 17. It was mention the father was going into the military and it’s unknown if they were married.
