Born October 19‚ 1963‚ Atlanta/Fulton County‚ Georgia. Adoption handled by Child Service Association‚ 44 Eleventh Street NE‚ Atlanta‚ and placement with my adoptive parents happened at 11:30 a.m. on November 20‚ 1963. Vaguely recall my mother telling me that I was born at GA Baptist Hospital. Since that is not on my post-adoption birth certificate I don’t know how she would know this. My birth mother was around 17/18 years old birth father in early 20s.
