I was given to my step parents Nathaniel and Mildred Owens. Mildred passed away and my step father (Nathaniel Owens) remarried to Doretha Owens. They actually adopted me. The birth certificate l have states l was 3yrs old at the time. Nathaniel, Mildred and Doretha are all deceased. Doretha passed recently in Jan. of this year. Her maiden name is Williams.
