Hello‚ my name is Kristie (birth name was Stephanie‚ and my nickname was Baby Stevie). I am looking for my Birth parents. I was born to my knowledge in the Perry/Warner Robbins‚ Georgia area‚ I was adopted out of Houston County‚ Ga and placed through Dekalb County. My birth date is 8/21/1968. I have a very distinguished identifying birthmark on the left side of my forehead. If you can help me in any way of finding my birth parents I would be forever grateful!! I have serious medical issues that are genetic and am in dire need of my medical records. Not only for my health issues‚ but for my children’s medical history and my grand-children’s history from my side of the family. I lived between my birth mother and birth grandmother for over a year before I was placed up for adoption‚ and I am assuming that my biological father went off to Vietnam‚ but am unsure about that.
