I am searching for my nephew my sister signed him over to the state after a long battle with child protection services i took care of him for over a year and even though i begged her to sign him to me she decided she wanted to turn him over to the state i miss him so much im incomplete without him i even still have all his stuff like bike,tv,some clothes,ect i would love to just be able to know he is ok and maybe get to visit him one day PLEASE HELP ME.
