I am a birth mother looking for her adopted son. He was born in Cobb County Marrietta Georgia in July of 1970. From what I remember he was adopted by a couple from Athens Georgia right after birth. That is about all I have to go on as birth records are closed in Georgia. I have been searching for a long time now and am hopeful that I may be able to find out information this way. I have now moved back to my hometown in Ohio after living in California for 22 years. I have run ads in the Atlanta papers in the classifieds but no responses. I did get a set of baby footprints from the hospital when I wrote to them asking for information. Unfortunately my mother threw out any information I had‚ so I have written to several places over the years trying to get information but have been unsuccessful in finding out any information. I am really looking forward to finding my biological son if he is open to finding me.
