Hey Sister, Are you out there? Just found out on Sunday May 9, 2021, Mother’s Day that I have a sister out there somewhere that I’ve never known about. My name is Lauren and I am almost 35 years old. My mother gave birth to a baby girl on December 18th, 1983 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Ga. of my mothers memory has served her right, she was 6 pounds even , and 18" on length. Mother was non married at the time and this was her first pregnancy. My mother knew that for the best life and interests of her child, she needed to make the hardest decision she’d ever be faced with. My mother and her parents researched several different options and was able to find an adoption agency that they felt sure would assist and assure the best life for my sister (ahhh, I like the way that sounds).
