My name is James Tracy. (Rowell at birth) I was born July 08, 1988 at university hospital in Augusta, Georgia! I’m told my mother was 14 years of age when she gave birth. But that could be a stretch. I’m a mixed male. African American and something else unidentified. I was adopted at 5 days old by a woman who worked in the hospital by the name of Lois Tracy. My mother was black and my father is white based off my DNA test. Rowell is my last name from birth!
