I am searching for my birth grandparents. Through ancestry.com and 23andMe I have found/connected with quite a few relatives. While that has been wonderful‚ I still do not know where my Mom and I fit into their family trees. The names of her birth mother and father listed delayed birth certificate we feel are incorrect. We believe her foster mother’s name was inadvertently listed as her birth mother‚ and the name given as her birth father appears in neither side of my DNA shared matches. Because of ethnicity‚ it is easy to separate relatives by my birth grandparents‚ but we don’t know which ethnicity is my grandmother’s and which is my grandfather’s.
