All Other Information: I was born at Memorial Hospital in Savannah‚ GA on 4-27-1966 at 40 weeks weighing 6 lbs. and 15 ounces and measured 19” long. I am presently 5’10” tall and weigh 200 lbs. I was examined by a Dr. Ruth Thomas during my 1st 4 weeks of life in the month of 5-?-1966. On 5-11-1966 my natural mother signed surrender documents for me with Chatham County Department of family and Children Services for me to join a foster family by the name of Finch. I joined the Finch family on 5-2-1966. My baby history report came from Florence Crittenton Home Savannah‚ Georgia. My birth mother was 19 years old‚ had blue / green eyes and brown hair‚ she was single and born in an adjoining southern state and then moved to Atlanta in ?-?-1957 with her family. Her name is documented in the case file. My birth father was 21 years old‚ brown eyes and brown hair‚ divorced‚ but remarried his ex-wife when he learned about me. His name is also documented in the case file. My birth father also had a 20 month old daughter‚ my half-sister‚ at the time of my birth‚ she had brown eyes and brown hair. I have found out of a genetic medical disorder that has instrumented this search. I need to share this information with my birth family as a medical necessity. (Medical Emergency Search)
