The woman (my mother) who adopted me was a labor and delivery nurse at Dalton memorial hospital, where I was born and was actually my biological mother’s own nurse while she was in labor.. she was only 17 years old herself when I was born and I have always wanted to tell her, "thank you" for giving me life and for then giving me the chance to live the kind of life she wanted for me.
