I was privately adopted through a church in Smyrna Georgia called Smyrna Church of Christ. My adoptive parents knew the preacher and he facilliated the adoption when I was 6 weeks old. I have found out my birth mother lived in New Orleans but came to Georgia for the birth. I suspect I have biological siblings but am not sure. I have had a very hard time getting information since I was privately adopted. At this point I would just like to know my birth Mother’s name and medical history. Apparently she did not put a father down for me on the birth certificate.
