I think our mom had his last name as Latta‚ Soldier Dewayne Latta. Her name is Kimberly Wells‚ maiden Latta. DHS took him into custody very quickly because is had narcotics in his system. Kimberly’s brother Jack Latta tried to get custody‚ but long distance from Oklahoma and probably other factors kept that from working out.
