I am looking for a female who was adopted by my half brother and sister in law by the surname of Woodall. In 1982 my sister in law died and my brother remarried. His wife and him abused the child and social welfare took the child away from them. If it is not too traumatic I have photo’s of the child with my sister in law, who loved her to bits so I would like to hand over these few photo’s of a short span of her childhood. Her first name was Jaqui and she had black hair and bluish eyes. I don’t have to physically see her but if she is the genuine person then a third party can hand over the photo’s.
