I’m looking for my biological father. I have no information at all about him. My biological mother’s name is Evelyn Nienaber (Nee Harvey). Her date of birth is 30 January 1952. I believe she lived in Bloemfontein and later in Kimberly. She gave birth to me in Pretoria at a Home for unwed mother’s and run by the nuns. The adoption took place through the catholic church and in those days it was an entirely closed adoption. Apparently I have a half brother called Pieter Nienaber and a half sister called Nicolette. I imagine she may have married and now have a different surname. That is all the information that I have managed to find. I’m currently awaiting DNA results.
