I don’t have much detail but I was born 02 Feb 1993 in Carletonville, I was adopted at birth . My hospital arm band read Karin Visser before it was changed to my adopted parents surname. I believe my biological mothers’ name is Frieda Visser but have no detail about my biological Father. Any contact or just information from/about either of my biological parents would be appreciated.
