I was adopted in 1993 by a Catherine motaung. Before I was adopted I was put into Foster care with my sister (ludavinia) that’s her name before she was adopted my name was (fifinya) before I was adopted our last name was put on the system as (Dacosta) but apparently it was not the original last name. They just gave us that name.. Me and my sister lived at Dlamini Soweto and my biological mother lived there and one day in 1992 or 1993 not sure she left us with her next door neighbour and she never returned for us. And the neighbour was in a abusive relationship with her partner so when she saw that she was not coming back for her children she took the 2 children to moroko police station in Soweto. And the only information they had for my mother’s name was (Helen Dacosta) but the last name was given because they didn’t have her surname. I and my sister was adopted in 1993 or 1994 by a Catherine motaung. Please can you help me with this situation. Thank you.
