My sister gave birth to a little girl at the Johannesburg General Hospital and I am not sure if it was a private adoption. It was handled by a Mrs Carol Civin and her husband Lesley Civin who are now deceased. My sister who passed away in December’s name was Melanie Anne Hopson. I am not sure of the dates of birth unfortunately. I think the couple who adopted my niece were Jewish but I am not sure.
