Hello looking for my adopted brother. He was born at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital in Tampa Florida on January 25th 1991. Our mother’s name is Julia but I believe she gave birth to him under a pseudo-name. He would have a blood type of A positive or O positive. It would have been a private adoption and the lawyer who did it is not deceased.
