I am looking for my son kyle alexzander freeman. That is his birth name an his middle name is not misspelled. He was born in st.vincents hospital in Jacksonville Fl. My mother was granted temporary custody of my son while i was working my case plan with dcf. I did not loose or sign over my parental rights the goal of the case plan was reunification with the mother "me". I was to go to court in feb of 2013 for a final review of my case plan. unfortunately i was in a vehicle on 12/02/12 or 12/3/12 with an acquaintance when they got pulled over and they lied and said I was in possession of something that they were in possession of that I did not know about. so I got arrested and while I was waiting for my court date so that I could fight the charge and clear my name I was told by my then boyfriend that my mom had allowed DCF to adopt my son out to strangers I do not know their names I do not know where they live I do not know how they were able to legally adopt my son when I did not sign anything and I did not lose my parental rights or anything. When I got released 33 days later in January of 2013 my mother told me that she isn't even sure who the people were that adopted my son because it was supposed to be an open adoption and it changed to a closed adoption and she does not even know if they gave her their right names because they ceased contact with her after they got my son and DCF would not talk to me they kept hanging up on me and putting me on hold and saying nothing to me about what happened with my child. I just want to know where he is and if he is okay and if there's any way I can see him or get pictures of him or anything I don't even know if they changed his name or if they even live in Florida or if any of it was even legal. My name is Carrie Ann Freeman. My moms name is Joann Patricia Freeman.. and like I said that is all the information I was given about his adoption and it happened right between Christmas and his birthday in December 2012.
