I am looking for my birth parents. My birth certificate indicates born in St Petersburg, FL on 01/1968 but it could have been in Tampa. The adoption took place through social services. I think, the last name of one of my parents could be Libby and the other could be Thomas, but not sure. I know the one side is from The Grand Cayman and the other is from Pennsylvania. I also have reason to believe my parents could be in their 80’s or 90’s. I may have 1/2 siblings, too, from either side.
