I am searching for my biological half brother. He was born in May of 1966 in South Florida (presumably in close proximity to an Air Force base) and adopted shortly thereafter. Our mother’s last name is Powel and she and his father (last name known and possibly on birth certificate - can confirm after contact) were both teenagers from DE and she was only in FL for the pregnancy and birth. Both parents were blonde haired and blue eyed.
