I am looking for my half sister who was put up for adoption before I was born. She was born to a Carol Elizabeth Giovanazi on March 26, 1980 in West Palm Beach Florida. We believe the hospital where she was born is no longer there. However, we do know that the doctor’s name who preformed the procedure was a Doctor Wagner. The adoption was a private adoption through a lawyer. We also are unaware of the name of the lawyer, or the name of the family who she was adopted by.
