i don’t know who my biological father is. My mother told me it was a man named Wade Matthews, but we did a dna test and it came back negative. Then I was given the name Willie Oxendine, and though i located him, he refuses to help me, and wants nothing to do with me. It wasn’t a "legal" adoption. My mother just put another mans name on my birth certificate. He was her husband at the time i was born.
