I am looking for a boy or girl born in 2007 or 2008 in Pinellas County. Birth mother’s name is Joanne Simons‚ date of birth December 2nd 1963. She had a child while at an addiction treatment facility called Operation PAR (facility name may have been different back then). I have no information on the birth father but I am told he also was at this same addiction facility. She gave the child up for adoption within the first year I believe. I am a sibling looking to find them. The child is most likely 17‚ 18 or 19 years old now. If anyone has any information I would so greatly appreciate it!
