Looking for my brother who was given a name by my mother of Jarrhed Allynn Reed but was changed not sure the year exactly but it was 1986 87 or 88 but pretty sure it was 87.. I know it was a closed adoption and she wrote a poem for him, the adopted parents promised to one day tell him and show him. Almost positive he was born at St. Petersburg General hospital or Bayfront hospital in Pinellas County Florida. Birth mothers maiden name is Betty Jean Naslund and married Name is Betty Jean Reed Fathers is Richard Reed. The adoption could have been through any county in Florida I guess. The adoptive parents attorney was out of Hillsborough county in downtown Tampa area as far as she remembers.
